Welcome to The S-A.M&E (Self Awareness, Motivation and Empowerment) Project! We are a growing 501c3, comprehensive program in East TN, dedicated to serving our community. Our mission is to provide essential support and resources to those facing homelessness, addiction or other life altering situations, empowering them to rebuild their lives and achieve lasting stability.
